 We created Ashri Boutique with one goal: to give our customers a pleasant shopping experience.  Our company policies are set out in detail below, consult them and contact us if you want to know more.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

General contract conditions (GTC) for purchases made on www.ashri.ch

 These General Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases of products made by customers on the online site www.ashri.ch, managed by the company Ariel Fashion Alchemy sagl, Via Bagni 1 - 6855 Stabio, Switzerland as the company name of the shop " Ashri Boutique” located in Via Ligornetto 6, 6855 Stabio and therefore called “ASHRI”.

 

CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT 

 By placing an order on www.ashri.ch, you declare that you are acting exclusively for private purposes and you expressly accept the following Terms and Conditions. 

  By clicking on the "buy now" button you place a binding order for the items contained in the virtual cart. 

 Once the order has been sent, the customer will receive an order confirmation to the email address communicated when signing the order itself. 

 An order placed is binding and cannot be canceled by the customer.

 In the event that the goods are no longer available from the supplier, Ashri has the right to refund any payments made to the customer or offer the customer similar items. 

 The prices expressed on the website www.ashri.ch are in Swiss francs including VAT while shipping costs are excluded and will be included in the invoice before checking out from the virtual cart.

PAYMENT

 Payment is to be made at the time of ordering.

 Generally speaking, we accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Postfinance, Paypal.  Any commissions charged by card institutions (in case of payment by credit card) are the responsibility of the customer.  The final amount charged to customers for currencies other than Swiss Franc depends on the currency conversion performed by the customer's bank.

 

 DELIVERY 

 For deliveries to Switzerland we charge a shipping cost of CHF 10. 

 Orders over 100CHF are shipped free.

 All shipments will be made after payment and will be managed by our logistics partners including Swiss Post Economy Service. 

 Deliveries to Switzerland normally take 3-5 working days (excluding public holidays)

 

EXCHANGES, RETURNS, COMPLAINTS 

  Ashri guarantees an optional right of return equal to 15 days from receipt of the order, as evidenced by the postmark.

 The customer can return the purchase for free by bringing it directly to the store or shipping it at his expense, after contacting the store

 The returned goods must be in perfect condition, unused and complete in all their parts including tags and labels.

 Otherwise Ashri may not accept the return in question and declines all responsibility. 

 The customer has the obligation to immediately check the integrity and correctness of the products received and to report any type of technical defect or inconsistency with the order confirmation received no later than 3 working days to the email address info@ashri.ch . 

 In the event of a return, the shop will issue a voucher valid for 6 months to be spent in the shop.

 

DATA PROTECTION

 According to Article 13 of the Swiss Federal Constitution and the data protection provisions of the Confederation (Data Protection Act, DSG), every person has the right to protection of their privacy and to protection against the misuse of their data personal.  Ashri complies with these regulations.  Personal data is kept strictly confidential and is neither sold nor given to third parties.

 In close collaboration with hosting providers, Ashri is committed to protecting databases against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or counterfeiting.  When you access the website, the following data is stored in log files: IP address, date, time, browser request and general information about your operating system and browser.  This usage data forms the basis for anonymous statistical evaluations, so that trends can be identified, on the basis of which the offers can be improved accordingly.

 All legal disputes arising out of or in connection with a purchase contract are governed exclusively by Swiss law.  The competent court is Mendrisio.  The CISG does not apply.
